01Try it first

Please use the free 24-hour trial to check that BextFlix works well with your devices, your internet connection and the channels you want. Contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7848 161288 to get your trial.

02When you can get a refund

You can request a refund within 7 days of activation if the Service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix the problem after you have given us a reasonable chance to help.

If we activate your account late or cannot deliver the plan you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.

03When a refund is not possible

After your account has been activated and used, we do not refund plans because you changed your mind, for a temporary interruption that we fix, for problems caused by your internet connection, device or player app, or if a specific channel is temporarily unavailable.

Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, for example by sharing login details, are not eligible for a refund. Reseller credits that have already been used are not refundable.

04How to request a refund

Send us a message on WhatsApp at +44 7848 161288 or email support@bextflix.com with your name, the email or number you used to order, your order date and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

05How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same currency, based on the amount you paid.

06Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
