01Reporting infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe that content available through our website or Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at support@bextflix.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

02What your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

3. A description of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it, such as the channel name, title or URL.

4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

03What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and act promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We may forward a copy of the notice to the person responsible for the material.

04Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to support@bextflix.com that includes: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; and your name, address and telephone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

05Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

06Trademarks and images

Channel names, logos, posters and other trademarks shown on our website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the content available. If you are a rights holder and want an image or name removed from our website, contact us at support@bextflix.com and we will review your request.

07Misrepresentation

Please note that anyone who knowingly makes a false claim in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
