01The Service

BextFlix provides access to live TV channels and on-demand movies and series streamed over the internet. You watch the Service through a compatible IPTV player app on your own device. We do not sell or supply devices or player apps.

Channel lists, content and quality can change over time, and some channels may be temporarily unavailable. The numbers shown on our website (such as channel counts) describe the Service in general and are not a promise that a specific channel will always be available.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order a plan. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you give us is correct and that you are allowed to use the Service where you live.

03Your account

After payment we send you login details for your account. These details are personal. You are responsible for keeping them private and for all use of your account.

Each plan covers the number of devices you chose. Using your account on more screens at the same time than your plan allows, or sharing or reselling your login details, is not permitted and may lead to suspension of your account.

04Free trial

We may offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the Service on your devices. We can limit trials to one per person, device or household, and refuse or end a trial at any time.

05Plans and payment

Prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars. Each plan is a one-time payment for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or Lifetime). Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as card processors, PayPal or cryptocurrency services.

Your plan starts when your account is activated. When a plan ends, you can renew it by contacting us. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect a plan you have already paid for.

“Lifetime” means access for as long as BextFlix continues to operate the Service.

06Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; copy, record, rebroadcast or publicly show content from the Service; try to access our systems or other users’ accounts without permission; or use the Service in a way that could harm it or other users.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only, unless you are an approved reseller acting under your reseller agreement.

08Resellers

If you join our reseller program, you are responsible for your own customers, for the prices you charge and for following the laws that apply to your business. Reseller credits are used as described on our Reseller page. We may suspend a reseller account that breaks these Terms.

09Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and stable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Interruptions can happen because of maintenance, your internet connection, your device or app, or events outside our control. Our support team is available on WhatsApp and by email.

10Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, BextFlix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, for example by sharing your account or misusing the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
